1. General Requirements Articles must be original research results or literature reviews relevant to Pharmacy, Nutrition, Radiology, and aviation health disciplines. Articles must not have been published previously and must not currently be under review in any other journal. Manuscripts must be written in proper Indonesian or English. All submissions must follow the provided official article template. All citations and references must be managed using reference management software such as Mendeley, Zotero, or EndNote. Manuscripts must be submitted through the journal's Open Journal Systems (OJS) portal.
2. Manuscript Structure The page count should range between 8 to 15 pages, including tables, figures, and references. The structure formatted as follows:
Title: Concise, specific, and reflecting the article's content (maximum 16 words in Indonesian or 12 words in English). Font: Times New Roman 14 pt, bold, centered.
Author Name(s) & Affiliation: Full name(s) without academic degrees, institutional affiliations, and the corresponding author's email address.
Abstract: Written in both Indonesian and English. Length between 150–250 words. Must contain the objective, methods, main findings, and conclusion. Include 3–5 keywords.
Introduction: Background of the problem and urgency of the research. Connect the study to aviation health where relevant. Objectives must be stated clearly.
Methods: Describe the research design, materials, instruments, subjects, procedures, and data analysis. Include ethical approval details if human or animal subjects are involved.
Results and Discussion: Presented clearly through tables/graphs and explanatory narrative. Discussions should be synthesized with theory and previous studies. Focus on interpreting findings rather than merely repeating data.
Conclusion: Concise and directly addressing the research objectives. Include practical implications for aviation health where applicable.
Acknowledgments (optional): Acknowledge funding sources or individuals who contributed to the study.
References: Follow either Vancouver or APA style (latest edition). A minimum of 15 references is required, with at least 80% sourced from scientific journal articles published within the last 10 years.
3. Formatting Standards Manuscripts should be typed on A4 paper with 2.5 cm margins on all sides. The standard body font is Times New Roman 12 pt with 1.5 line spacing throughout the main text. Paragraph text must be justified (left and right) without first-line indentations. Page numbers should not be included in the submission file.
The article title must be set in Times New Roman 14 pt bold and centered at the top of the page. Tables and figures should be numbered sequentially according to their appearance in the text. Table titles must be placed above the table, whereas figure captions must be placed below the image. Both should use single line spacing with a font size of 10–11 pt.
Language must be clear, precise, and adhere to standard academic English or Indonesian grammar rules. Foreign or Latin terms must be italicized. Citations and references must strictly adhere to the designated style format (e.g., APA or Vancouver).
Symbols, International System of Units (SI), and technical terminology must be consistent throughout the manuscript. Any third-party data must be properly cited to prevent plagiarism. Authors are required to thoroughly review their manuscripts for spelling, grammar, and overall layout adherence to the template before submission.
4. Publication Ethics Authors must ensure:
The manuscript is free from plagiarism (maximum similarity index of 20%).
No data duplication, fabrication, or falsification has occurred.
Ethical Clearance documentation is provided if human or animal subjects are involved.
5. Review Process and Publication All submitted articles undergo a double-blind peer-review process. The editor reserves the right to edit the text for style and clarity without altering the substance. There is no manuscript submission fee (free submission). Any future policies regarding publishing fees will be communicated accordingly.
