Author Guidelines

Originality of Manuscript

The submitted manuscript must be the author's original work, has not been published previously, and is not currently under consideration by any other journal. If plagiarism is detected, the manuscript will be rejected.

Scope and Focus

Manuscripts must align with the scope of the journal, specifically covering topics related to aviation health, pharmacy, healthcare, and other related sciences.

Language

Manuscripts must be written in proper and standard Indonesian. English may be used for scientific terminology or specific sections where necessary.

Formatting Guidelines

  • Document Format: Microsoft Word (.docx)

  • Paper Size: A4

  • Margins: Left: 3 cm; Top, Bottom, Right: 2.5 cm

  • Line Spacing: 1.15

  • Font: Times New Roman 11 pt

  • Manuscript Length: 10–15 pages (excluding references)

Manuscript Structure

  • Title: In both Indonesian and English (maximum 15 words)

  • Author Name(s) & Affiliation(s)

  • Abstract: In both Indonesian and English (150–250 words, detailing the objective, methods, main findings, and conclusion)

  • Keywords: 3–5 terms

  • Introduction

  • Methods

  • Results and Discussion

  • Conclusion and Suggestions

  • Acknowledgments: (Optional)

  • References

Tables and Figures

  • Tables and figures must be numbered sequentially and titled accordingly.

  • Tables should not contain vertical lines.

  • Figures must have high resolution (minimum 300 dpi).

Citations and References

  • The use of reference management tools (e.g., Mendeley/Zotero) is strongly recommended.

  • Citation style follows APA Style (latest edition) or the journal's designated style.

  • References must include a minimum of 10 sources, with at least 80% derived from scientific journals published within the last 10 years.

Publication Ethics

Authors are fully responsible for adhering to research ethics, securing ethical approval (where human or animal subjects are involved), and ensuring data validity.

Publication Fees

  • Submission Fee: Free of charge.

  • Article Processing Charge (APC): Information regarding APCs will be provided upon manuscript acceptance.

Review Process

All manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer-review process. Authors are required to execute revisions based on feedback from editors and reviewers.

Copyright

Upon acceptance, authors are required to sign a Copyright Transfer Agreement in accordance with the journal's policy.

  • The manuscript is free from plagiarism, supported by a similarity check result within the journal's maximum allowable limit.
  • All listed authors have contributed to the study and agreed to the manuscript submission.
  • Author affiliation details, corresponding author contact, and ORCID iDs (if applicable) are accurate and complete.
  • The research data is valid and fully accountable.
  • Research involving human or animal subjects includes an appropriate ethical approval statement, where applicable.
  • All funding sources and potential conflicts of interest have been disclosed within the manuscript.
  • The manuscript has undergone grammar and spell-checking to ensure readability and clarity.
  • The manuscript file is prepared for double-blind peer review, with all author identifying information removed from the main text.
