About the Journal

Scientific journal focusing on the publication of community service activities in the field of aviation health (aeromedical health). This journal serves as a dissemination medium for solutions and innovations that support the enhancement of health, safety, and well-being for aviation communities and populations residing near aviation environments.

The scope of the journal encompasses community service activities related to:

• Aviation Pharmacy

  (flight medication management, airport telepharmacy, jet lag mitigation, inflight medical emergency handling, etc.)

• Aviation Nutrition

  (optimal nutrition for pilots and cabin crew, managing high-risk passenger health, food safety education in airport areas)

• Radiology and Radiation Safety

  (personnel health screening, cosmic radiation exposure among flight crews, medical radiation education for aviation communities)

• Health education within airport communities

• Community empowerment based on aviation health

• Risk management of diseases and environmental factors in aviation

• Development of educational media and health technologies in the aviation sector

The journal is published by the Research and Community Service Unit (UPPM) biannually, in July and December.

All published manuscripts must demonstrate direct benefits to the community and be replicable within the context of aviation health services, both in Indonesia and globally. By prioritizing evidence-based community service, this journal aims to foster collaboration among academics, healthcare professionals, the aviation industry, and policymakers.
